I have been a customer for a few years. I am fully satisfied with the service. Lissa communicates well with her customers, making constant updates in the progress of work being done. It may not apply to every car but in my case, she did because I have an older car and parts are slowly getting harder to find. I recommend this shop with five stars!

Can’t say enough good things about Dave’s— we live in Oakland but make the trek out to Pinole because we love them so much. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, competent, and willing to take the time to explain the work and the prices, which are always fair. Thanks to Lisa and her team, we drove our 2001 Honda all the way to Death Valley NP last year. Dave’s is the best!

I had a pretty good idea going in what was needed, but I always wait to see what "they" say. "They", being any auto repair shop. I was not disappointed. Lisa and her team were right on the money. No pressure at all. This is now my go-to repair shop.
